Our client is an international IT recruitment consultancy based in Sydney and the UK. Their offices in Hadlow, Tonbridge are set in 120 acres of scenic woodland. They are a truly unique business with a lot to offer. They are seeking to add an administrator to the team to assist the 2 owner directors to run the business and to provide recruitment admin support to their team of recruiters. They work very hard but don’t take life too seriously and enjoy a great culture in the office. They have very motivated, passionate, warm friendly people working for them. This role would suit someone looking for a entry level role into the recruitment industry. This role can develop into a more complex back office role in operations teams or it can move to a recruitment consultant role working with your own candidates and clients.
You must be educated to A-levels/ degree level, have administration experience, be at an advanced level on Microsoft office, have a driving licence and live within 40 minutes of the office in rush hour. The hours are 8.30 to 5.30pm.

The interview process will consist of a telephone call, a video screening and face to face interview in the office. You will need to be available to attend an interview in the next 2-3 weeks and be available to start ASAP.

Role Duties
• Office management and facilities management – ensuring that the office and communal area is well stocked, clean and safe.
• Ensuring all business documentation is saved in a clear, easily found format in shared files with document rendering
• Carrying out new starter admin to help with the onboarding process
• General IT and systems administration working with our external provider
• Job board administration, managing job board contracts, usage, take up
• Team admin including but not limited to, booking interviews, customer service, researching candidates, posting adverts
• Running team reports from our recruitment software as needed/ compiling reports of your own as needed by the management team
• Organising any travel, events or socials as needed including managing incentives
• Input to social media posts
• Finance admin as needed e.g. uploading expenses or invoices, issuing payslips etc
• Adhoc projects to ensure that the office is thriving, they are a small, growing company so they will need someone who can muck in
