Our client is looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who are looking to develop their careers and contribute to their successful business. The successful candidate must be confident on the phone and work well within a team. They must be personable and articulate, as well as self-motivated and ambitious, as this is a career role and could lead to a full-time profession, for the perfect candidate.
Throughout the role you will be working closely with the Directors and sales team to help with your progression and full training will be given to help in gaining a better understanding of the industry and your role.

Full training will be given and the successful candidate will be offered full support in gaining their Insurance qualifications.

It is essential for candidates to have:
• GCSE Grades A-C in both English and Maths
• A positive and mature attitude
• Be confident and willing to learn new skills
• Work well in a team or on own initiative.
