The main role duties include:

Communicating with a range of customers via telephone and email;

Formatting important information and gathering documents for customers;

Using internal software and administrative duties on behalf of customers;

Teamwork to meet deadlines in a professional environment;

Important Details about the role:

Temp to perm opportunity;

Central Tonbridge Location accessible by train or car

Free car park outside

Salary; £17,000-£19,000 + Christmas bonus 10% of salary

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Candidate specifications;

1 year office based experience (preferred not essential)

Fantastic telephone manner

Desire to learn and develop a career
