An exciting opportunity for our busy client in the Tonbridge area has a new opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a positive person looking for a new challenge within a hardworking, friendly team of over 20 passionate employees. Established over 30 years ago, this family run business has continued to grow & are now looking to expand, welcoming a new enthusiastic & creative member to their team.
Duties include:
* Answering calls daily ensuring the best customer service is given
* Managing and updating systems such as email & webchat
* Sales administration
* Liaising with customers answering any questions, queries, requests & complaints.
* General office administration
The successful candidate will have/be;
* Seeking a long term opportunity
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Strong computer skills
* Great communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Enthusiastic, positive & honest
