Human Resources Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a successful and growing Lloyd's Syndicate insurer.
A background in Insurance is preferred, but previous experience in a similar role in Financial Services is essential due to a need for familiarity with the relevant regulations.
This is a standalone role, so is highly visible and has a broad remit supporting all HR matters and initiatives for circa 70 employees and growing. As such we need an experienced HR generalist who is entirely comfortable dealing with all elements including Employee Relations, Grievances, Disciplinary, Training, Recruitment, Policies, Comp, Benefits, Payroll, and Strategy.
