A well-established market leading sub-contractor are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join there successful team.
The role will cover a vast number of responsibilities and it is essential that you have proven experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities will be to ensure that all projects are delivered against budget and on time so you will be leading and managing project teams on all projects under your control.
You will be reporting directly into the directors of the business on progress/programme and cost control on all of your projects whilst assisting the operations department in dealing with suppliers and ensuring close co-ordination and communication with main contractor/client/subcontractor.
Another major part of the role will be to ensure that all site related Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place are in place and issued as well as agreeing monthly sub-contractors applications ensuring that all correct documentation is in place and in line with budget.
Agreeing all sub contract/supplier accounts in conjunction with the QS and to ensure that you and those under your control comply with all Company policies including Health and Safety.
A valid SMSTS or CSCS Management card would be an advantage in this role but is not essential and the right candidate will need good leadership and management skills as well as strong commercial and financial awareness.
