Credit Control job in Canterbury £21k-£22.5k permanent. You will need recent credit control experience.

Your new company
You will be working for an established organisation based in the Canterbury area of Kent. The Credit Control job is a permanent position working within a Credit Control team reporting to the Credit Supervisor. Due to location it is advised you have access to your own transport.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the credit control processes, chasing of overdue payments and management of accounts at/or exceeding their assigned credit limits. You will also providing assistance in opening new accounts, managing existing credit limits and identify/report on changes in risk / payment patterns. You will also assist the Cashier with cash allocations where necessary. You will have effective interaction and communication with management, customers, internal and external sales teams and operational staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent Credit Control experience within a pure Credit Control role or as part of your role in particular chasing companies for payments. You will have a good telephone manner and with good customer service skills. You will ideally have knowledge of Sage or similar accounting packages.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £21k - £22.5k with good company benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
