The Organisation-
This organisation are amazing! They operate within the health and leisure industries and seek to take on call centre agents to join their customer-focused team. This company serve a national client base and are endlessly committed to delivering 10/10 customer service. The company are progressive, modern and forward-thinking, they seek customer service professionals (1+ year in retail or office-based customer service preferred) to join their successful team.
The Role-
Working within the open-planned contact centre of this company, you will gain a range of experience from day one.
You will:
- Receive and guide inbound calls - helping potential customers decide on products against their budget
- Call existing customers/clients - suggesting new products
- Liaise with customers via email to schedule sales calls and solve customer queries
- Liaising with local contractors and suppliers
- Other Adhoc duties across the board.
Details!
£19,000 BASIC + £5k bonus + Amazing salary benefits such as free products and discounts + Free HOLIDAY SCHEMES ! (for best performers)
Shifts - 09.00-17.30 or OCCASIONALLY 10.00-18.30 or 12.30-21.00
Promote from within attitude of manager - several opportunities across the board!

This client seek candidates who:
- are warm, enthusiastic and confident with an excellent telephone manner
- interested / passionate regarding the health, leisure and well-being sectors!
- are based locally to Sevenoaks or can easily access it via train
- have a proven track record of customer care/service; up-selling or sales also welcomed!
