Tier 1 Technical Support Representative - £20,000 - Maidstone
My client, who are a leading online security provider are currently looking to add to their technical support team.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Provide technical support to customers with a goal of resolving the issue first time around
* Be the first point of contact for customers through email, over the phone or LiveChat
* Research and investigate customer technical issues to resolve in order to meet service level agreements
* Contacting customers around the globe with tact and diplomacy, ensuring quality assurance is always adhered to
* Cover shifts, including some weekends when required in order to provide a 24/7 support operation
* Liaise with level 2 Technical Support Engineers in order to resolve technical issues that can not be resolved by the Tier 1 team
* Understand support processes and escalation processes
* Engage in departmental improvements, training suggestions and new support articles to manager
* Meet targets set by manager
As a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 and will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
