Our Maidstone based client is currently looking for an experienced Legal Administrator. If you would like to work for a well-established, successful business, then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaison with clients/drafting of proposals
- To organise events such as social functions and Communications Day
- General Administration
- Presentation building for a range of clients and internal events
- Updating of contact information
- Organise travel arrangements for all staff when required
- To support training course presentations
- Manage all stock and supplies
- Provide cover for other Administrative roles
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Manage all outgoing/incoming mail

The ideal candidate should hold the following experience:

- Experience in a previous Administrative role (preferably previous legal documentation experience)
- Evidence of working under pressure effectively
- Success within a multi-service, client-driven business

Candidate qualities:

- Being able to work in a team as well as unsupervised
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- To be open and honest at all times
