An exciting opportunity has a risen for an Accounts Administrator to join a unique company based in Tonbridge.
This is a very fast paced role and will require someone who is able to multi task and not afraid to get heavily involved with other aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will have experience within an Accountancy based role and also strong administrative skills.
A strong knowledge of Accountancy software packages and Excel are essential, however training will be offered on their bespoke system.
Although this position sits within accounts it is not your everyday accountancy role. This is a very fast paced position where you will be required to be very hands on in all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
* Office Administration
* Payroll
* Data input
* Bank Reconciliations
Person Specification:
* Strong communication skills.
* Intermediate Excel experience.
* Ability to multi task.
* Attention to detail.
* Able to multi task and work independently.
Due to the rural location of this role, unfortunately it is not accessible via public transport.
Salary circa £21K plus bonus.
Hours are 9AM to 5PM.
