Four Elms Service Station are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic full time manager to run the site. This shop has recently been updated and we are now looking for the ideal candidate to come and maintain the high level of customer service, site standards and sales expected from such a site.

We require someone with retail and management experience that can lead and motivate a team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Your overall role will involve:
• Instilling exceptional standards of customer service day in day out
• Controlling stock, including ordering, stock checks and taking deliveries
• Taking charge of site presentation, including merchandising, promotions and site cleanliness
• Running the back office, including cashing up and reporting to head office
• Managing a team, including training, recruitment, organising rotas
• Complying to Health and Safety policies and procedures

The successful candidate will be someone who will take personal responsibility for their duties and the performance of their team, who can build trust and confidence with customers and colleagues and who strives to improve every day.
