The HR Business Manager role is to support the Director with the day to day running of office functions and the business. It is the responsibility of the HR Business Manager to assist the Director(s) and senior management to ensure the level of HR compliance is always provided. The HR Business Manager will work alongside Company management to ensure there is enough cover of staffing and support plans on time.
It is the responsibility of the HR Business Manager to support the Director(s) achieving the aims and objectives of the company and achieving the level of quality in the service provided to the service users in accordance with the company’s quality assurance policy.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified and experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR department within our company. Due to the role, experience within the different sectors of HR is essential.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be willing to travel through the organisations operational areas.
Responsibilities of the role:
Absence - monitoring and tracking sickness, annual leave and returned work and liaising with Fiance Manager to produce reports.
Training - organising monthly training and update training for new staff and existing employees.
Updating and implementing policy and procedures.
Managing and overseeing the Assistant HR Manager.
Full UK Driving Licence
CIPD L5 qualified or working towards
