Exciting opportunity to work for an admired and well-established service provider situated in the South East of London:



My client is looking for a HVAC Fan coil unit / air con maintenance service engineer to carry out routine building services maintenance works.



Main duties:

Building services maintenance Engineer to carry out Servicing and routine maintenance on Fan coil units, some basic air-conditioning units (no f-gas required) Emergency lighting testing, fire alarm testing and general building services.

Must Have:





Fan coil unit or air conditioning service experience

* HVAC Building services maintenance experience
* Driving licence



You will be working mainly in commercial office blocks in or around Central London.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building /office maintenance works. This is a permanent position with very minimal call out involved.



Late shift /Working pattern:

This role would involve working a 40-hour working week.

The working week is split -Monday to Thursday working ten hour shifts and then having Friday Saturday and Sunday as rest days. Start time is slighty negotiable but would be in the region of 4pm -until 2am late/night shifts.(flexible)

This role would involve working alongside a trainee to assist you in your work.



MUST HAVE:

YOU MUST KNOW HOW A FCU /AC WORKS ETC & HOW A PLANT WORKS TOGETHER IN A BUILDING TO GET HEATING COOLING TO WORK. (No F-Gas Required)
