A leading business in Sevenoaks require an experienced IT Support professional with some commercial experience to join a small but growing team. The successful IT Support Analyst will enjoy a friendly and collaborative environment with regular social events and the opportunity to progress up the ladder. The IT Support Analyst will possess the following experience:
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Windows 10 experience
Office 365
Exchange and Active Directory
A full driving licence
The successful IT Support Analyst will have spent roughly 2 years in an IT environment and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Responding to and logging helpdesk enquiries in a timely manner, categorizing and prioritising them in line with team procedures.
Providing Technical support for office-based staff and our site-based users via phone, remote session and desk side.
Assisting with the provision of mobile phones and associated accessories
Completion of PC, laptop and tablet setup and maintenance
Setting up and maintaining site printers and 4G routers
