A Fee Earner Assistant is required to join a legal company in Canterbury with offices across the South East and who are currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion.
This role is ideal for applicants who are career minded and eager to progress you will be part of the team providing outstanding administrative support to the fee earners who work to strict deadlines to meet the needs of the clients
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent and have a keen interest in developing a career within a legal environment. You will be a team player, be calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Main responsibilities
* Reporting to clients on important documentation;
* Dealing directly with clients, developers, their solicitors and estate agents;
* Ensuring all necessary requirements/legal obligations are met throughout the transactions;
* Chasing outstanding documentation;
* Undertaking administration duties associated with the daily work.
