We are looking for an excellent team player with exceptional communication, administrative and computer skills to join the EK Services Client Services team. This is a multi-location role primarily based at Canterbury but expected to work at Dover and Margate when required. You will be working in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere alongside a supportive and close team.
EK Services is a shared services organisation, supporting Canterbury, Dover and Thanet councils. We are a 'can-do' organisation; honest about what we do and how we conduct ourselves, always striving for excellent and cost effective service delivery.
The successful candidate will be organised and efficient with strong planning skills. You will have excellent diary management experience supporting senior managers and will be a confident communicator who is self-motivated and able to work well under pressure, both within a team and on your own. A good track record of managing conflicting priorities and delivering targets effectively is also essential, alongside procurement and invoicing experience within a large organisation.
Closing date for applications is Sunday 22nd September and interviews will be held Wednesday 2nd October.
