Your new role
Reporting to the MD and responsible for the management of the day-to-day workings of the Finance department. Production of monthly management reports. Preparation of the budget. Balance sheet control. Production of statutory reports. VAT/tax. Cashflow monitoring. Supervision of transactional data. Ensuring all statutory obligations are met. Team management, training & development. Systems enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Attention to detail. Staff motivator & developer. Able to prioritise and direct your team to achieve targets. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Managerial experience.
