This is a vital new role within our Major Works Team with customers at the heart of the everything you do. You'll make sound decisions confidently, consulting others when necessary. You'll proactively look for service improvements and work across team mhs to achieve excellent performance outcomes.

The key tasks include:
- Surveying and reporting on the quality of homes
- Diagnosing defects and ensuring they're quickly dealt with
- Cost benefit analysis of works and options
- Property inspections and ensuring properties are to the required standard

You'll need to have:
- A surveying qualification and a minimum of five years surveying experience
- Brilliant customer service skills including managing client and customer expectations
- Strong diagnosing skills
- The ability to undertake options appraisals of properties
- A full clean driving licence
