An exciting new position has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a successful company based in Sittingbourne! This will be based on a temp to perm contract.
A customer facing role, you will be responsible for providing first class service to customers from initial telephone enquires through to delivery.
Your goal is to ensure excellent service standards, high accuracy and maintain good customer satisfaction!
Responsibilities:
* Confident and organised telephone call handling
* Identify and assess customer's needs to ensure enquiries are dealt with in timely manner to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers
* Accurately process customer orders
* Problem solving and escalating issues when needed
* Keep records of customer interactions and file quotation / order documentation
* Log and update customer complaints with a thorough audit trail. Resolve to suitable business and customer satisfaction
Skills required:
* Proven experience in a similar role essential (Min 3 years customer service experience)
* Strong communication skills
* Approachable team player
* Relationship building
* Hard working attitude
* Strong phone contact handling skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office & other IT systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
