Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)

Reporting to: Brand Team Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Location: West Malling, Kent



The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy across the company's brands.



You will not only be responsible for growing each channel, but also liaising directly with customers to answer queries and protect the reputation of the Brands.



Role Responsibilities:

* Manage, monitor and grow the social media channels for our main internal brands.
* Develop and execute the social content calendars, as part of the wider strategic plans for each brand.
* Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
* Develop and build relationships with key communities, relevant to each brand.
* Be able to work to, and easily switch between, each brand's tone of voice and identity.
* Work with the Product Distribution team to broadcast multi-channel campaigns.
* Report on the success of the social media channels against set KPIs.
* Analyse each brand's social presence and implement strategic plans to capitalise on or grow the channels.
* Identify key business leads or prospective partnerships on social media and feedback into the wider team
* Monitor and report on competitor social media.
* Increase brand awareness and social media presence.
* Development of influencer marketing strategy across all brands to promote brand-focused messages
* Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms
* Cultivate a strong knowledge of each brand, their products and customer.
* Manage monthly and ad-hoc competitions across review and social channels.

* A deep understanding of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn - both from a strategic and analytical aspect.
* Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile



Experience:

* At least one year in a social media role
