Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Aid UK SME businesses to reduce their communications and connectivity billing.
• Forge successful and lasting relationships with businesses nationwide.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
• Achieve target conversion rates.
• Accurate complete and record all customer details and sales information.
• Adhere to sales compliance rules and quality standards.
• Complement the full sales cycle and close business for colleagues.
• Effectively manage the team / self-sales diaries and pipelines.
• Conduct complimentary welcome calls.
• Effective customer retention on potential cancellations.
• Daily / weekly reporting on sales activity.
Sales Executive Requirements:
• A proven track record in sales and working towards targets.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers.
• The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
• The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to think on your feet and manage your time efficiently.
• Knowledge of the telecoms sector is preferred, however not essential.
• Previous experience in Field, Telesales or Canvas sales is a must
