We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation that is seeking to recruit an experienced Plant Operator to join their business based in Sittingbourne. The role will require operating various plant machinery including 360 excavators, loading shovels, telehandlers and forklift trucks.

Hours: 4 on 4 off Night and Day shifts available 6am-6pm and vice versa (incl. bank/public holidays)

After a successful 6 months' probation period and further training, you may be entitled to a higher hourly rate pending you pass all training modules.

Key skills and experience required:

*Previous proven experience in a similar role is essential - shovel/excavation
*Evidence of training/tickets is also desirable but additional in-house training will be provided.
*IOSH or Passport 2000
*CCSNG Safety Passport or CPC Card
*Proficient in usage of similar machinery
*Outstanding internal and external communication skills
*Demonstrate a positive & respectful attitude to others
*Strong team player with the ability to cover for colleagues
*Own transportation will be required to get to offices due to the remote location

Plant Experience Required:
*Materials Handler (Fuchs)
*Telehandler
