A well established manufacturing company based in Medway Towns is looking to recruit a Factory Operative initially on a temporary basis to work a night shift, 6.00pm to 6.30am Monday to Thursday, 48 hours per week.
You will commence your employment on days for a couple of weeks for training purposes before transferring over to nights. Whilst on days you will not be paid your shift premium.
The position will lead to permanent employment for the right candidate after a qualifying period. The salary will be reviewed after 3 months.
Overtime is also available which will be offered at an enhanced rate.
You will be happy to work within a heavy industrialised environment. The role is manual and can be demanding. You will also have experience of using hand tools and be able to follow job card instructions.
In addition to this you will be required to complete the relevant documentation and
you will be numerate and literate and have basic IT knowledge.
