Marketing Assistant

£18-22k DOE

My client is one of Kent's largest full-service, global marketing agencies and they are looking to add to their talented team of Marketing & PR Professionals.

The experience required to be considered for this role is flexible, my client is looking to see people who may have just graduated with a marketing/ media/ PR degree and looking for their first exciting role in the industry but also people who have a few experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities (though not limited to):

* Build and maintain strong relationships with your peers to assist with the delivery of client projects and campaigns.
* Assist with completing tasks for the delivery of client projects and campaigns
* Conduct research to support PR planning
* Distribute content such as case studies and press releases to the media
* Assist in tracking media coverage and PR metrics and compile monthly ROI coverage reports
* Proof read content to ensure it is of the highest standard
* Attend and support client events / product launches
* Build and maintain relationships with key media editorial teams







Skills required:

* A degree or similar qualification would be great, though not essential
* A good understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices
* Good organisational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced agency environment
* A can-do approach and willingness to learn
