An exciting new position has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a successful client based in Kings Hill
You will be providing a professional business and administrative service within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for loading or declining HNW and Motor presentations accurately, prioritising specialist quotes as required
* Working closely with New Business to ensure that quotes are chased up in accordance with underwriting requirements
* To be responsible for correct implementation when providing a quote, correct calculation of renewal premiums and commission amounts and host group training sessions related to HNW Household and Motor quote and indexing processes
* To allocate the correct tiering classification and grading of incoming quotes.
* Referring back to Brokers and Clients for additional information
* Ensure all Credit Card work-flow tasks are completed, Loan Agreements, Client travel and B&B certificates are issued in accordance with GDPR standards To be responsible for handling, monitoring, addressing and rectifying client and Broker post, setting up DDMs associated queries, dealing with work-flow tasks appropriate to level
Requirements:
* Experienced Administrator within ideally Financial services/Insurance sector
* Excellent and effective communication skills
* Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines to manage your own and others portfolio of work
* Follows procedural requirements and escalate queries as and when it is sensible to do so.
* Actively listens to others and demonstrates your understanding with appropriate follow-up actions
* An effective communicator using all verbal & written communication methods.
* Able to communicate complex issues to clients and colleagues
* Able to develop and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external parties
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
* MI and analytical skills
