Engineering Administrator / Planned Maintenance Coordinator
£22,500
Sevenoaks
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 1-hour lunch break (35-hour week)
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Our client is a market leader in their field and is looking for an Engineering Administrator / Planned Maintenance Coordinator to support the company's maintenance function for their on-site machinery. The successful candidate will have a sound mechanical understanding and will have worked within a planned maintenance role previously.

Duties for this Engineering Administrator / Planned Maintenance Coordinator role will include but not be limited to:

* Maintaining records of all processes, plant, equipment and buildings
* Updating and managing the Planned Preventive Maintenance software
* Document control, signing off completed PPMs and allocating new PPMs to the engineering team
* Maintaining a site risk register
* Managing the lost time data analysis and highlighting vulnerable machinery

The successful Engineering Administrator / Planned Maintenance Coordinator will have / be able to:

* Excellent knowledge of modern maintenance techniques
* An engineering qualification or similar background
* Previous experience within an engineering maintenance role
* Good IT skills
* Show a passion and drive to make a role their own
