Sales Support Administrator
Kings Hill, Maidstone, Kent,
£18,000 + DOE (Dependant on Experience)
Full Time/Permanent
Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30 pm
Our client is currently seeking an organised, numerate and analytical Sales Support Administrator who has excellent communication skills. Experience in FMCG and import is advantageous, but not essential, however, an ability to look at figures and spreadsheets and recognise a potential issue, is important. Responsibilities will include booking transport, customs documentation, stock control etc.
The Sales Support Administrator is a varied and exciting role that would suit someone who is motivated by organisation, activity and getting the job done.
Anyone applying for the role of Sales Support Administrator, will ideally be a driver with their our transport or someone who cans easily travel to Kings Hill from their home, due to the location of Kings Hill.
Never a dull moment and free sausage rolls!

• Maintain Haulage matrix
• Customs documentation
• Claim processing
• Rejections/returns
• Customer contact
• Order taking
• Stock control / evaluation / rotation
• QC liaison
• Invoicing
• Incoming and outgoing stock control
• Proactive problem solving

• Maintaining and building customer relationships (face-to-face and via telephone)
• Administrative controls (orders / invoicing)
• Production team liaison (planning/stocks/storage)
