An exciting opportunity exists within our business for an office administrator to provide support to to our sales and service departments based at our offices in Sidcup, Kent.
This is a varied role which requires a high level of organisation, self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you possess strong administration skills & have the ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team environment.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales & service departments
Liaising with the field engineers
Liaising with suppliers
Raising quotes, jobs and purchase orders
Answering calls, dealing with queries, screening calls and re-directing
Preparing jobs monthly ready for allocation to the engineers
Opening and maintaining customer accounts and contracts
Opening supplier accounts
Other administrative duties
Key skills:
Excellent working knowledge all MS Office packages
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team
Experience of the industry is not required but salary will be reflective of previous administration experience.
