A new opportunity has become available for a Claims Advisor to join a successful Insurance client based in Kings Hill, offering lots of career progression!
Responsibilities:
* Respond and dispatch customer's requests for claim forms
* To open and sort the daily post
* Match all incoming correspondence to existing claims cases
* Scanning invoices, customer documents and new claims on to our system
* Contacting customers to request additional information
* Filing and archiving of claim files
* Upkeep of diary system
* Responding to customer emails and recording on the system
* Ensuring that case information is recorded accurately complying with GDPR regulations
* To refer to a manager when any work falls outside their area of knowledge or expertise
Key Skills:
* Previous call centre experience working within a busy contact team environment is essential
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills using procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced working environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English essential
* Ability to exercise judgement to shift priorities and organise multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience and flexibility in order to respond to changing requirements and customer needs
Please note the following working hours:
Rotating shift patterm; Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm (1 in 3)
