Are you an experienced administrator, used to working in a busy sales environment looking for a new position in a great team? This could be the role for you!
Working Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm in Maidstone, you will be working to support the sales team in a small but very friendly office.
Key duties will include:
* Administration and email correspondence with clients and customers based in the UK and Abroad.
* Customer Service and client liaison.
* Assistance with order fulfilment and quotes/samples for sales team.
Key skills:
* Very strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience in a sales support environment
* Ability to prioritise and use own initiative in a fast paced environment is essential
* Proficiency in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent communication - Written and Verbal
