Financial Accountant in North Kent £40k - £50k working for an SME type organisation with future development

Your new company
You will be working for a very establish SME type organisation based in the North Kent area. The Financial Accountant job has become available due to internal movement and will offer future development within this role. You will work between 2 local offices situated in the BR postcode area but there is no parking available onsite.

Your new role
You will be responsible for taking full financial responsibility for approx 8 non-group companies that are involved in various property related transactions on behalf of the owners. You will be involved in typically investment vehicles so transactions are lower but the assets are on the balance sheet that need tracking along with cash flow management, monitoring the loan requirements and compliance with any banking obligations. You will be responsible for monthly management reports which will be produced along with annual statutory accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience as a Financial Accountant including Statutory Accounts. Ideally looking for someone moving from either practice or has worked within an SME type organisation. You will be ACCA or ACA qualified with excellent system skills and Excel.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £40k - £50k dependant on experience.
