Welfare Labourer CSCS London City Airport £10.55 per hour 40 hours 6 month contract

Your new company is a building contractor that has been awarded a contract to construct an extension to City Airport in London based in the London Borough of Newham.


Your new role is an agency assignment for up to 26 weeks. Duties would be to clean all site amenities including toilets, bathrooms, canteen, drying rooms & office facilities. Will be expected when not cleaning to assisting in the off loading of materials, sweeping of site, removal of rubbish and assisting trades.



What you'll need to succeed Labourer CSCS card, photo ID, proof of NI, a clean criminal record and pass a verbal reference check from one employer in the last 12 months. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Welfare Labourer or Cleaner on construction sites, have good communication skills, understanding of health & safety, ability to work unsupervised and be punctual with excellent attendance. Candidates resident in the London Borough of Newham would be welcome.




What you'll get in return Rate of pay is £10.55 per hour paid PAYE method plus holiday pay. Working hours are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday (45 hours paid)
