Senior Finance Administrator - Depending on Experience - London



Our client has a global network positioned in over 100 countries and is still fast growing with big ambitions. They're now looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to work across their various departments.

You will need to be enthusiastic and offer an effective and efficient service, ensuring that internal and external clients receive a quality service in all respects.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the day to day allocation of department resources
* Oversee the team's activities and work and deputising for Manager where required
* Liaise with clients regarding ad hoc queries
* Banking any cheques and updating the corresponding cash books as necessary
* Ensuring the internal CRM database (Sage) is kept up-to-date
* Updating external client systems where necessary
* Oversea the reconciliation of client bank accounts
* Uploading completed monthly Bank Reconciliation reports to the Firm's central portal
* Ensuring clients are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner and manage transfer of client funds as per client SLAs
* Producing and distributing performance reports to stakeholders per SLAs
* Resolving internal and external stakeholder queries
* Chasing outstanding debtors and managing debtor days
* Contacting payees to resolve any unallocated receipts
* Undertaking other duties as required
Personal and professional qualities

* The Senior Finance Administrator must have an ability to process a high volume of transactions whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Previous experience in a similar role as team leader / assistant leader
* Client care experience and an ability to liaise with stakeholders in a professional and helpful manner
Requirements for the role

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise their own and others' workloads to ensure deadlines are met
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages as well as Sage
