The UK’s leading marketing agency for the built environment is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and confident PR and Marketing Assistant to join their award-winning team of marketing professionals.

Our ideal candidate will be a creative PR or Marketing graduate with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and organisational skills are essential as you will be assisting senior personnel with the delivery of client projects and campaigns. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring all outputs sent to clients from Fabrick are of the highest standard and delivered on time and within budget.

The Role: -
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all Fabrick personnel to aid with the delivery of client projects and campaigns.
• Assist the Account Management team with the timely completion of tasks needed for the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns
• Conduct research to support PR planning
• Distribute content such as case studies and press releases to the media
• Assist in tracking media coverage and PR metrics and compile monthly ROI coverage reports
• Undertake general administrative duties
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Proof read content to ensure it is of the highest standard
• Manage approvals of any content produced by Fabrick and on behalf of our clients
• Attend and support client events / product launches
• Help the Head of PR to generate and confirm features, news and product placements across all media
• Build and maintain relationships with key media editorial teams
• Monitor all key media for awareness / trends and share with Account Management team
• Maintain individual timesheets
You will need:
• A degree or similar qualification
• A good understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices
• The confidence to pick up a phone and talk to external parties
• Good organisational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work successfully within a team as well as on your own initiative
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced agency environment
• A can-do approach and willingness to learn
