Our Client is recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to be responsible to lead the planning, development, delivery and monitoring of apprenticeship programmes; the day to day operation of those programmes with the relevant Head of Department, if applicable, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered efficiently and effectively. Maintaining and continual improvement of the Management Learning Centre resources, creating online products and facilitating workshops in house.
This role will predominantly be based in their Kent office, although occasional additional travel to other UK sites will be required.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and maximizing the Company Apprenticeship Levy and associated programmes
- Identify Apprenticeship opportunities within the business and commission apprenticeship schemes
- Develop evaluation metrics and data to measure and demonstrate added value of apprenticeship schemes commissioned
- Source and manage external apprenticeship providers
- Support the Leadership and Talent Manger facilitate management and leadership training
- Deliver Apprenticeship training & development solutions to apprentices
- Communicate and inform key stakeholders

Skills required:
- Experience within the Learning and Development arena, having most recently implementing and managing apprenticeship schemes
- Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills with managers
- Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning
