Exciting opportunity to join a business turnaround in West Kent as the Training Manager. This will be a varied role and will require an individual who is experienced in writing induction and training programmes. Healthcare or education sector experience is ideal or sector where mandatory programmes are required. You will be working with heads of department to design content, liaising with outsource providers, working with wider HR team, coordinating all requirements internally and managing budget. Some travel required in South East England region only.
