Ideally, we are looking for someone with good Automation Testing experience and/or BA experience. The successful candidate will join our client’s Software Development team and work to verify and validate the delivery of new features and technical enhancements developed for the product. Additionally, you will also work closely with the Customer Support team to assist with queries from clients and play an active role in the continuing evolution of the system.

Our client has a fast-paced, agile working environment and all members of the Development Team have a high-level of influence on the product. Therefore, you must be comfortable working from the elementary business requirements to specify and execute appropriate testing and collaborate with developers and other members of the team to ensure new features meet client expectations. You will work on a mixture of new development projects and enhancement of current functionality, so it’s vital to have a knack for understanding complex systems.

As a Software Tester / QA Analyst you will be responsible for:
• Definition and execution of hands-on/manual functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, UAT as part of the QA process for the SaaS product
• Test automation with Selenium and similar tools
• Concisely documenting discovered issues, analysis of causal factors, suggested solutions
• Building expertise in the product functionality, contributing to product evolution by suggestion
• Liaising with the Customer Support department to understand and validate issues reported by users of their product
