Role Requirements
To provide support to the Commercial Director and to lead and assist in the implementation and management of Marketing Campaigns for products and services.

This role will be based in Dover, however will require regular travel between the other offices in East Kent.


Position Expectations
• Managing campaign budgets, negotiating agency and campaign costs and managing the purchase order process and reconciliation
• Support the Commercial Director in implementing marketing initiatives that form part of the annual marketing plans
• Collation and preparation of data for presentation and providing information to assist with production of business plans
• Involvement in the collaboration of ideas and contribute to the development of the annual marketing strategy and plan
• Managing events and exhibitions, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
• Writing articles and promotional material for the company for external PR
• Preparing interesting written copy for the website and liaising with website design team
• Manage social channels, blogs and online content
• Design and create graphics and printed literature and other marketing materials
• Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
• Implementing, updating and maintaining the department's documentation and databases
• Develop and implement individual campaigns across both core and new marketing channels
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Marketing degree and/or at least 12 months’ experience working in a marketing administration environment
• Experience of working with social media; email marketing campaigns; using Umbraco or other; CMS (Content Management System); PPC Management; Google Analytics; Google Adwords;
• Full understanding and use of marketing techniques including data selection, profiling, targeting
• Organised and methodical approach
• Excellent customer service skills with good telephone manner
• Strong team player and ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and to remain calm under pressure
