A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Integration Analyst to join our in-house IT team as soon as possible. This role will be based at our head office in Canterbury.

Direction Law currently employs in excess of 120 people over four sites: Canterbury, London, Wells and Birmingham (opening shortly). Due to our continued success we are going through an exciting period of expansion and are looking for a passionate IT professional who wishes to be a part of this.

Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience, be an exceptional communicator, understand and manage client expectations, be polite and punctual. You will be working alongside our Managing Partner to understand our operational practices and help to automate processing and create effective work flows in our Case Management System, so attention to detail is an absolute must.

You should be proficient in, but not limited to:

- Windows 7 to 10
- Office 2010 - 2016/365
- Advanced User in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports
- SQL Syntax
- Being able to self-manage and work independently on assignments
- Previous experience within the legal sector (IT Support / Case Management) would be advantageous, but not essential.
