As we continue to grow, a fantastic opportunity for a full time product retoucher has arisen to join our fast-paced and creative production studio. We are looking for ambitious, passionate and motivated individuals to join our dynamic and talented team.


Responsibilities:

• Remove imperfections and create consistency on our product imagery including: colour correction, advanced cloning and healing, composition, reshaping, masking, cutting out, adding or removing shadows, applying new backgrounds
• Ensure colour consistency across all images, matching digital imagery to physical samples
• Crop and resize images to the required specifications for digital use
• Process, name, file and archive images consistently, on our servers, following our requirements to allow easy file access
• Achieve daily and weekly targets and deadlines
• Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the senior stylist or team leader
• Maintain Childrensalon’s high standards of image quality
• Minimize repetition of corrections through constructive feedback
• Understand and accept constructive comments and feedback on image correction
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technology (mainly adobe creative cloud, Wacom and other tools)

Key Skills:

• Highly skilled in Photoshop/Adobe Bridge
• Good understanding of all colour-management and colour-matching skills
• A meticulous eye for detail, composition and proportion
• The ability to multitask and to meet deadlines
• An excellent work ethic and can–do attitude
• A positive, proactive and assertive approach
• Initiative, idea generation and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, organization and time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
