RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT required for niche Healthcare Recruitment Agency recognised as a market leader in their industry. The position is available due to continued success and will be working on a well-established hot desk.


Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Recruitment or a heavily Sales focused role

• Well-spoken, professional and personable; with excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Self-motivated and highly organised, with a tenacious and target-driven style

• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain candidate and client relationships

• Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and internet; experience with databases is essential

• Ability to understand the reputation and integrity of the business and level of customer service we supply

• Feel comfortable working within a fast-paced, lively, niche business environment

• Have a can-do, positive and problem solving attitude

• Good level of UK Geography knowledge would be beneficial, but is not essential

• Uncapped earning potential, competitive salary and excellent commission structure with a starting OTE circa £40-50,000+ per annum dependent on experience, up to 6 figure earning potential

Role Overview:

• Understanding client’s requirements and delivering candidates with qualifying criteria

• Sourcing candidates for vacancies via internal databse and professional networking

• Writing engaging advertisements to generate candidates

• Updating database with notes, candidates, clients and vacancies

• Vetting candidates thoroughly in accordance with SLAs and CQC compliance requirements

• Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer and start date

• Providing progress updates to clients, team and management

• Researching and developing new business opportunities

• Delivering a high level of customer service and relationship management

Office is based in recently redeveloped Sidcup, a short walk from main line train station and high street. Position is full-time Monday-Thurs 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, immediate start available for the right candidate.
