My client, an established manufacturing company based in North Kent, is offering this exciting opportunity for someone with mechanical engineering experience in a production environment.
The Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - night shift
Carry out reactive & proactive maintenance on the machines
Risk assessing tasks before carrying them out
Work with machine operatives to solve issues & make improvements
Carry out safety related repairs to the site
Work with technical machine experts to improve knowledge of the machines
Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - night shift
Apprentice served / HNC - Mechanical Engineering
Excellent attitude to safety
Engineering experience in a production environment
Excellent attendance record
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a close knit team
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft IT Systems;
