In order to achieve that, our customer experience team is responsible for learning and understanding our customers’ behaviour on our website and ensuring we offer the easiest and most pleasant journey with us.
As our team is growing, we are now looking to recruit a Research Assistant to join the team. You will be juggling many different tasks or projects including helping with the research needed to action certain projects, analysing and summarising the data you collect to help inform the project owners, running different test experiences and analysing the results, working with other teams to identify problem areas, and many more exciting tasks. You will need to be able to use your own initiative and always be eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyse and present customer journey findings on new ideas or concepts, utilising the CX tools we have available to study the
data collected
- Identify problem areas in the customer’s journey and provide actionable insights which is backed by user research and data
- Assist in formulating hypothesis and creating test cases
- Assist in writing project briefs and executing projects
- Manage project developments to ensure success
- Assist in compiling the CX documentation, including developing detailed personas, compiling research results etc, prior to kick-off meetings
with project owner
- Ensure all elements of the user experience is coherent and compatible across all platforms
- Proactively look at what the new technology is in the industry and keep up to date with the latest research on customer experience and retail
- Ad-hoc duties
Required:
- Minimum 2 years working within e-commerce in a similar online retail environment
- Experience in working with and understanding different cultures
- Proven methodical and analytical skills
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Creative thinker
- Good attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about Customer Service and online retail
- Proven ability to work within a team and collaborate with other departments
- Great written and verbal communication skills
