We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive who wants to take ownership on a number of interesting tasks & projects, bringing a varied skillset to help us deliver objectives in a data-influenced, target-driven environment.
You’ll have expertise across a number of different channels and understand mechanisms of how we can reach and influence people digitally, in a commercially-viable way.
Ideally, you’ll have a blend of creativity and analytical ability that you can clearly demonstrate, keenly interested in what constitutes ‘good’ digital marketing within the broader market, aiming to become best-in-class across whatever initiatives you’re working on.
Must have skills & experience:
* Email marketing (creation, analysis & insight)
* Analytics (mid to high level)
* Paid media management
* Ability to craft engaging messaging
* Photoshop (basic touching up images)
* Appreciation of consumer psychology at various phases of the buying cycle
* Interested in a range of marketing technology, systems and tools
Personal requirements:
* Curious – both creatively and analytically
* Takes ownership
* Thinks differently – you’ll want to understand our audience’s psychology and the deeper reasons behind their purchasing decision
