Ethelbert Children's Services (ECS) provide Residential Care, Fostering, Specialist Education and Therapeutic Services to children and young people who are unable to live with their own families. ECS has been established for nearly 50 years providing a holistic package of care for children who have experienced multiple losses and have complex needs.
We have a vacancy for a Domestic Person, to join our very valued and reliable Domestic team.
Supervised by the Head of Housekeeping, the successful candidate will be responsible for general 'house' cleaning duties, to cover two or three homes, on a rota basis. All cleaning products will be supplied in each home.
Along with our homes, we also have other departments and offices at other locations, which may require cleaning, pre-arranged, from time to time.
As we have a number of homes and supportive departments sited mainly across the Thanet area (we have homes in Deal, Folkestone and nr Faversham), it is necessary for the successful applicant to be a driver and use of a car.
This position offers: Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 3.00pm (there is flexibility for hours/days to be negotiated)
An enhanced DBS along with references will be undertaken for the successful candidate.
