We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate should be used to working in a busy environment.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Referencing team with all administration including collating, checking and processing documentation. Ensuring all paperwork is present and accurate.
• Liaising with applicants to obtain missing information.
• Inputting data into CRM.
• Liaising with clients throughout the application process and gathering any missing information to ensure that applications are completed without delay.
The right candidate will have the following:
• A professional approach and committed work ethic.
• Extremely organized and logically thinking when collating information.
• The ability to communicate with a range of applicants and customers.
• Presentable and polite along with excellent phone manner.
• Show initiative in day to day tasks and be proactive in tasks, especially in ‘quiet times’
• An eye for detail and accuracy.
A driving licence would be an advantage due to us being located on the outskirts of Canterbury, although an excellent bus service does run every thirty minutes and stops just a five minute walk away from the office.
Experience of Microsoft Office would be of a benefit, however we use bespoke software internally and confidence to learning new systems would be an advantage.
