The Ferry House Inn is a 4* pub, 1 AA Rosette restaurant and wedding venue, with accommodation for 40+. Our mission is to be a first choice provider of memorable hospitality, from a team of dedicated, talented, and passionate people.

We are seeking a dynamic, versatile, enthusiastic and trustworthy Front of House Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Main responsibilities:

Overseeing service, from planning to reviewing
Supervising the Front of House (FOH) team (of up to 15), including planning workloads, managing breaks and ensuring high service standards are met.
Training of FOH staff
Responsible for customer experience, answering any questions, queries or complaints
Stock control, stock ordering and till management
