Due to expansion our client is looking for a trainee to train in a specialist recruitment area. Offices are based just on the outskirts of Sevenoaks but option to work in London, if preferred.
This is a lovely role for someone with a couple of years sales account management experience that would like to work in a professional recruitment agency.

Duties will include.
1. Working within a team, searching and selecting CVs of suitable candidates from our database to submit to our Clients.
2. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
3. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
4. Whenever possible extending our database by gaining recommendations from existing candidates and by advertising current positions.
5. Gaining detailed information to understand our candidates in order to best represent them, their preferences and assess their suitability.
6. Submitting candidate applications to our clients ensuring application information is complete and accurate and in line with our clients.
7. To keep our candidate records up to date with notes, references and actions taken.
8. Tracking down candidates and clients for the team.
9. Knowing locations of existing clients, their projects, transport links, their nature and their staffing needs.
10. To participate in, prepare for and contribute to our team/recruitment meetings.
11. A willingness to respond to constructive feedback in line with continuous learning culture.
12. Undertake other related tasks as directed by Senior Recruitment Directors.
