German Speaking Account Manager

If so fantastic, as we are looking for an experienced Customer Excellence Sales Account Manager with Manufacturing, engineering or applied science experience to join our client based in Whitstable. You MUST have a current clean driving licence, in order to meet your clients.

Hours of work: 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and early finish Fridays 08.00 to 13.00
Location: Whitstable
Salary: £35000 Plus Bonus & Car allowance,

All About the ROLE:

You will manage existing key accounts ensuring customers receive the best experience.
Placing orders and following these through to conclusion-
Monitoring customer open order coverage, trends and historical usage patterns
Maintain and develop best-in class relations with your Key customer contacts, growth and retention are VITAL!
Working to KPI’s and adhering to SLA’s
Overseeing administration functions undertaken by the Admin Support Team
You will be expected to be able to travel within the UK Germany to meet customers.
